Due to the custom nature of the products, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. That said, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us! If it broke during shipping, we can replace or refund, after we file the claim.
Unfortunately simply deciding you no longer need or want the item after it has shipped is not covered under this policy.
Refunds for orders not shipped are considered. Orders that have already been designed but not cut may be subject to a refund minus Design Fee.
